As an Ayurvedic practitioner I have often helped pregnant women, but my focus on pregnancy and post natal care became stronger after I personally experienced the joy and worries of carrying and caring for a new life.
Since then I have regarded pregnancy as the most important time in a woman’s life, a marvelous journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
However, hosting and nurturing a human life is also a challenging task, which requires a great deal of commitment and responsibility and needs lot of support.
Ayurveda has helped me during my pregnancy, preparing my body and my mind for an easy, quick and almost pain free labour.
To share this wisdom I have focus my Ayurvedic practice on pregnancy and I've completed a long training to become a recognised doula.
As a Ayurvedic doula I combine the traditional, ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern science and I guide women along their pregnancy and I give labour support and postnatal care.
My mission is to make women understand that their psychophysical well-being must become a priority during pregnancy and beyond. By looking after themselves they care and respect the life they are carrying.and if they are happy their baby will be happy too.
I live in South East London, however I am happy to travel to Central and South West London.
